1. Description of Service
Letter Story Club provides original, fictional story content delivered as physical, hand-stamped letters by mail, available as recurring subscriptions and one-time gift purchases.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) at the price shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting hello@letterstoryclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive any letters already paid for in that cycle.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day, hassle-free money-back guarantee. If a letter is not what you hoped for, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@letterstoryclub.com and we will refund that month — no questions asked.
If any order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement at no extra cost of course.
To help letters arrive in the right order, each envelope is clearly marked with its letter number. If one ever reaches you ahead of another, you will know exactly where it belongs in the story.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on postal carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. Intellectual Property
All story content, characters, artwork, and materials provided by Letter Story Club are original works and remain the property of Letter Story Club. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate shipping and account information and to use our services lawfully.
8. Limitation of Liability
Letter Story Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
